Best Practice to Maintain GIS Data using Esri’s ArcGIS

I always keep my data in a folder or separate. But it made me crazy because there’s a ton of file, I didn’t even know what it is, full up my contain folder. Furthurmore, its not easy when I want transfer my file into client or another. But I found this way is kindly helpful. Using geodatabase is an option way, and a perfect way I thought, to keep, maintain, and distribute your data.

Anyway, geodatabase also has a lot fetures such Topology, Subtype & Domain, Geometry Network, Network Dataset, Export to KML, and many more that make your day feel hapier. Short article from cloverpoint mention some.
